Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping option:

- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Inclement weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Enzorvia LLC is not responsible for any lost or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Enzorvia LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
