At Enzorvia, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Note: Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Opened or used blenders due to hygienic and safety reasons (unless defective)
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or is not functioning as expected, please email us at infoenzorvia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
- A short description of the issue
We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the case.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defect on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of return.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at infoenzorvia@gmail.com.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation. If the order has shipped, you may need to wait for delivery and then request a return.
